How these curves are drawn

Innova lists the general Boss at 13/5/-1/3, but specifically says Champion Boss ratings are 13/5/0/3. Check the plastic before comparing numbers; this record uses the general catalog rating.
The manufacturer lists a 21.2 cm diameter and 2.5 cm rim width.
