Choose it for
Tailwind drives and long turnovers. Innova lists fast, easy distance off the tee, huge turnover shots and tailwind drives as its best uses. It describes the Katana as shaped like a Boss with the flight of a Sidewinder on steroids.
Choose something else if…
You throw into headwinds a lot. Innova itself recommends the Katana for downwind drives.
What the Katana flight numbers mean
Turn -3 is a lot for a speed-13 driver. Thrown flat with power it banks right for a long stretch, then the 3 fade pulls it back left, so the distance comes in an S-curve.
