Choose it for
Straight power drives with a firm fade. MVP says power throwers can get some flight-extending turn, every thrower gets a reliable fade, and the Photon is naturally headwind resistant.
Choose something else if…
You want an understable driver for turnovers. The Wave, in the same class, turns more.
What the Photon flight numbers mean
The -1 turn shows only with power, and fade 2.5 gives a firm finish. MVP says average throwers can use a headwind to get the longer flight that strong arms see.
