Choose it for
Overstable distance in any wind. Prodigy says it flies as well into the wind as with it, and calls it just slightly less stable than the D1, with a gentler finish.
Choose something else if…
You are not a strong thrower yet. Prodigy designs the D2 for strong arms.
What the D2 flight numbers mean
Turn 0 and fade 3 mean the D2 resists turning and finishes firmly left. Prodigy claims less side-to-side movement than any other driver; we have not measured that.

Which version are you buying?
The D2 is 21 cm across and 1.7 cm tall with a 2.3 cm rim. The collection listed 400, 500, 750, AIR Spectrum and ReBlend versions in bands from 150–159 g to 170–175 g.
