Choose it for
Faster shaping drives. Use it when slower fairways already fly usefully and you want to compare a faster option.
Choose something else if…
You need your first disc for learning basic throws.
What the numbers mean for your choice
The -2 turn and 1.5 fade describe two separate parts of the flight. The extra speed still has to come from the throw.
Which version are you buying?
Axiom calls this a distance driver. We group speed-9 control drivers with fairways so comparable speeds appear together in the tool.

Before you buy
A speed rating is not a distance upgrade. Try a borrowed disc before buying if your slower fairway is still your longest reliable throw.
Read about the Escape or compare them side by side.
Try this on your next practice session
Compare repeatable landing areas with a speed-7 fairway, using the same comfortable effort.
