Choose it for
Stable midrange shots that hold their angle. Innova calls it a utility disc for experienced players and names hyzer shots and anhyzer flex shots as its best uses. It is meant for drives, upshots and straight shots alike.
Choose something else if…
You want one midrange that flies straight without a firm finish. A disc with less fade, such as the Mako3, finishes straighter.
What the Roc flight numbers mean
The 0 turn and 3 fade make a new Roc stable with a clear finish. Innova adds that the Roc ages slowly and becomes a gentle turning disc as it wears, so an old Roc flies differently from a new one.
