What the Detonator flight numbers suggest
Speed 3 is a putter rating. A disc this slow flies a short, controllable line and rewards a smooth release more than arm strength.
Turn 0 and fade 1.5 describe a stable flight: a fairly straight line with a modest finish, the easiest shape to aim. The 0 turn means it is rated to hold its line at full speed rather than drifting, and the fade of 1.5 means a clear finish as it slows down. Those directions are for a right-handed backhand; a forehand or a left-handed backhand mirrors them.
Glide 3 is typical for a putt and approach disc in our database. Glide is the rating that changes least between similar discs; plastic and weight matter more for how long it stays up. The rim is 1.1 cm wide (about 0.43 in), a typical width for a putt and approach disc. A rim this thin fits a fan grip or a putting grip.
