Treat it as an optional third disc. A fairway driver earns a place when you can identify a useful result it adds to your existing bag, such as extra controlled reach on an open hole.
Reading this model’s ratings
The -2 turn and 1 fade describe some early turning tendency and a modest finishing tendency at the intended throwing speed. They are not opposite forces you can add together to calculate a landing point.
Check the exact model
Leopard and Leopard3 are separate models. Innova lists Leopard at speed 6 and Leopard3 at speed 7. Also check the plastic and marked weight: the model name alone does not fully describe the disc in a listing.
Published dimensions and selected variants
Innova lists a 21.2 cm diameter and 1.6 cm rim width. These are published specifications, not our measurements.

Compare it with your own midrange on the same safe target line. If it brings no useful improvement in your results, leave the driver out for now. You do not need a complete set of disc categories to play.
A practice check before buying more
Alternate a few comfortable throws with your midrange and the Leopard. Record where they land and whether you would accept that result on a hole. Judge a group of throws rather than the single longest one.
